Using other forms of credit such as bank loans, housing loans and car loans should be done both cautiously and carefully. There are loan deals that appear too good to be true and they usually are. For instance, if a car company offers you unbelievably low monthly rates for a brand new car with two or three –year plan, find out first how much the car really costs is bought with outright cash. You may be shocked to find out that some car plans actually charge you for the price of two cars and a half. If you can pay out your loans early, then so much the better. Credit providers usually have no penalties for early repayment.
But beware you still have to pay the same amount of interest whether you pay the loan out early or not—and credit providers won’t tell you this.
